Cryptic Mind Keep in mind he has a DualShock with the extra buttons on the back, with jump and dash mapped to each one - which facilitates much smoother movement. However there are plenty of people, myself included that play nightmare on ps4 with no problems, but I have one of those controllers on the way right now. SMVR is still the fucking best by a wide mile thought lmao, his gameplays are honestly more entertaining than Zero Master’s imo

This Doesn't mean Pc players are always better than console players, but they do have a lot of advantages that console players don't. This is most obvious in an online arena fps. you will not win a duel against anyone if you're using a controller in quake.

Spawn enemies in Fortress of Doom: First you have to complete the game > Head down to the Ripatorium. If the elevator door is locked try reloading the checkpoint or complete a random mission and return to campaign > Once you're in and the Archvile spawns, you have to jump on the closest arch towards the elevator (meathook jump works, 1:27 for reference) and leave the way you came > Buffed demons will spawn when the Archvile kills you and extra life is activated anywhere in the fortress.

Still cant get the door to open again. Stays closed as soon as I go in, and if I reload checkpoint, I just go back to the main spawn point in the fortress, and there are no enemies.

@@Suarezdrums Try completing a mission without cheats and return to campaign. If it doesn't open then it's definitely the corrupted data bug which unfortunately can't be fixed unless you delete save file and start again.

@@aliflegolas Remember this isn't an intended feature, won't work 100% of the time. If you stand at the front of the ship where you start missions, enemies will spawn once the extra life is activated.

Mrjohnny164 The way you came in. To get back up to the elevator simply meathook jump on to the top of the platform shown at 1:27 (the two arches). You can jump straight towards the elevator and go back up.

There are great players like Decino who take out demons quickly to end the battle ASAP. Then there's SmvR, who injures demons and deliberately prolongs their suffering, almost as if to taunt and torture them before he kills them.

I really wish they had added more creative customization to the ripatorium. Like add features that you can customize to your liking, like allow you to control the time you're in the ripatorium, allow you to choose the demons you fight, what tracks you want to play, how many demons you want on the map at once, maybe throw in some powerups, also allow you to choose what resources may or may not be on the map. And for god sakes, allow you to go in as many fucking times as you want. I don't like when I'm playing through the campaign, being only allowed to go in their once, then it locks itself. Like it's kind of sad this guy has to leave the Archvile alive just so he can continue his glorious slaughter. I love the game to death don't get me wrong, but it just seemed like they missed an opportunity with the ripatorium.

As much as I like marauder, and enjoy the change of pace he brings.....this video is perfect proof of what many have said about how he throws off the rhythm of the game. Look at how SmvR fights every other opponent, with constant movement and air maneuvering. But then suddenly with the marauder there are moments he has to literally stand still and just wait for the marauder’s attack so he can counter him. Of course once that happens there are some cool combos he can do but that’s beside the point. The point is he has to stop moving and just stand there and wait. Unlike with every single other monster where he’s moving frenetically

When you’re in your flow mode you make the game look slow-motion. Doom Eternal has got to be the fastest pace FPS to date. I try to replicate this and rarely come close. It takes me 3 hours in nightmare difficulty to start to get into flow gear. Where I just weapon swap, shoot/kill/combo, and fly around in similar ways to you. Great content! Could you possible break down your movements for people in a video. Show you favorite combos, and how you execute them?

The fact that the Doom slayer puts demons in prison to fight later in the ripatorium means that he doesn't just kill demons to save the earth and humanity but also because he genuinely enjoys it and it's fun for him. Mankeerat Singh Nice! If you don’t have extra buttons simply remap jump and dash to somewhere so you don’t have to take your thumb off of the right stick. There wouldn’t be a difference in my gameplay if I didn’t have a back button. Marauders are light work now with that rocket combo you showed me ;)
