Notice how the Maykr facility welcomed the Slayer as the Seraphim? That means the guy in red robes was the Seraphim and bestowed his power unto him...

I am not gonna lie: I am completely hyped for this game. I got into DOOM back in 2016 and fell completely in love with it. I played all the old games multiple times and loved every second of it. DOOM has proven through and through that after all these years, after controversy, godawful movies, and so, so, so, many mods, it's still the same. Some games are temporary but DOOM? DOOM is ETERNAL

He's a demigod, essentially. The Seraphim used argent energy to grant the Slayer incredible speed and strength, as well as removed his ability to die of natural causes. If you play through Nekravol Hayden explains that this is possible with refined Argent energy.

Ok, what I *NEED* is a story DLC about Urdak. And more Maykr enemy-types. I want to know if VEGA/Father can save his people and Urdak. You could excuse killing more Maykr enemy-types as the Father "culling" that which was turned by the Icon or the last Khan.

It wouldn’t make sense to play as the Slayer because he has no reason to go back. Maybe as a sentinel trying to free Urdak and make a new uncorrupted khan? Seems like a whole other game but a dlc or a spin off would be super cool. Also it might not be too much work because creatures from hell can now go into Urdak, so they can just re use enemies

VEGA is the Father, the progenitor of all Maykrs. He should be able to make a new Khan Maykr and get the Maykrs back on track. It'll be tough with all the demons in Urdak now, but that just means that the Maykrs can directly take Argent energy from Hell now too.

Cause in the lore DoomGuy (doom, doom ii, idr what else) is also Doom Slayer (I THINK) and throughout different timelines and dimensions and shit (like how he ended up in Quake Champions (which was BEFORE arena) as the Newer Doom Slayer, and appeared in Quake Arena series as Doom who was an earlier version of himself even though Arena titles are set LATER than Champions . So yeah I think all this Hell motif comes from this actual Hell, and abrahmaic lore is spawned from the same place, however I think it's like most myths, slightly different etc.
