I was wondering if it would be possible to kill all the Lost Souls, so I opened the map up in GZDoom (Which includes Lost Souls in the monster count) and there are 7000-8000 lost souls in this map... If you could find somewhere safe where you could watch them infight it might be possible, but that's absolutely insane.

I think around 2000 of them are released in the exit parkour section alone. I don't see how it's possible to kill all of those, even if you somehow managed to kill all the ones outside. And even if it were somehow possible to kill all of them, it would take an unreasonably long time to do so.
