The reality beyond earths is a twisted and dark zone, nothing makes sense, the unknown is around every corner and so are they, the lone survivor finds himself in a strange place where danger lurks but so does the chance for supplies.
Just some raw gameplay of the mod in full action, bit of fumbling here and there but hey at least you get to see the BFG in action, utterly devastating weapon, chows battery power and heats up quickly however you are able to clear rooms in single shots and bring down virtually anything with it, however it is considerably heavy and will need to dispose of most of your other gear to effectively carry it.

Loved the retro vibe of the HUD. So much 16bits energy there! HAHAHAAHHAHAHAAa (That REC icon in the upper-left corner was also a very good touch, like its all a found footage recording of the last space marine in there or something. Nice.) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The plot of the mod is that you are a lone survivor after hell invades earth and you just one of the survivors trying to stay alive in this new hellish world, exploring and trying to loot supplies from where ever possible, I did want to make it as if you are a normal person, no super elite spec ops, or demi demon killer, just a average guy who happened to survivor the hell invasion. Like picture yourself as the guy, throw in some guns and demons and you get the idea.

I've gone on about how awesome the sound design is but can we talk about how satisfying these weapons look to use? The pump grenade launcher and shotgun immediately stand out, but all the weapons look VERY satisfying to use. My *only* suggestion would be to give the grenade launcher a...crunchier (? not sure if that's the right word to describe what I'm thinking) sound for the pump action to show that it's a heavier weapon and to differentiate it from the shotgun. Honestly it's good the way it is now, but a different "heavier" pump sound would be better, imo.

Ironically I was working on the chinalake GL ater this vid lol. But yes not only sound but feel of firing the guns, aiming for satisfaction, shake, effect on target, muzzle flash and cases spewing out, Its pretty much all done its just really balance now.

@@Shrikster Nice. Did you know that there are only like 13 total chinalake gl's in existence? They made 50 in the original run during the Vietnam War, and 9 sometime in the 2000's.

I'd use Nashgore, DarkDoomZ and Flashlight++ personally, but this selection is good.

It is compatible with any monster pack, Xim's doom 3 monsters feels like it fits in hence why I used it. Still testing to do really with how it flows from map to map, it won't be perfect but guns still need to be balanced along with spawning.

It's a good game, but not a good Doom game. Same as this mod isn't Doom gameplay. For Doom 3 visuals with classic gameplay, look up DBP28 Fear and Loathing.
