Let's recreate the iconic Doomguy's status bar face using UniRx and reactive extensions in Unity. You can use the same system to create a character portrait in your game.

IMPORTANT COMMENT: I'm a dumbass and forgot to mention that UniRX is a package that you need to get from the asset store if you want to use it in your own project. PS: Enjoy the cheesy intro 😁

it was a nice explanation but I still cant understand what are the benefits. I'm using the observer pattern where I have event classes with events(actions) in it. I can still invoke them from where I want and listen to them from where I want.

The main benefits are: 1. You don't have to check for changes constantly in the update method (that saves performance and makes the code cleaner) 2. You have less references, because each observer only needs to know about the Event Manager, then they do everything on their own only when an event happens.

my question is This method is not suitable for what type of games or architecture? i mean what type of games is not suitable with UniRx? (Just to get this right)

In my experience, it works very well for all the games I've made (mostly singleplayer small to medium sized games). Can't say how it will behave with multiplayer games.

I am working on an application (very big) and I'm making it with unity. the good architecture I found for start was MVC. but now the project getting big and can't handle the codes. I want turning pattern to MVP. and I found a template project name MVPToolkit that it is MVP built on UniRx. I'm searching for 5 days to find a good design. by the way thank you for tutorial. and what is your advice to me? it is Dispatching app for mineral;
