Not really a total conversion mod, but at least based on the Doom engine, Selaco looks and plays like a dream. Apart from that, both Ashes titles and Aliens Eradication are really stunning. Solid recommendations overall, thank you. I will check out Blade of Agony for sure.

Got a few I could reccomend: -I.H.N.I.: Episode 1 -Nocturne in Yellow -Vomitoreum -Sonic Robo Blast 2 -Shrine 1 & 2 -Hocus Pocus Doom -Lycanthorn 1 & 2 -Divine Frequency Also, gotta add, there's two versions of Total Chaos (3 if you're counting the retro edition), the original and Director's cut with 3 extra chapters and NG+.

Solace Dreams was a pretty good TC. Difficult AF because it's a Souls Like, but even if you just use God mode and cheat your way through it it's worth the look.

Discovering your videos late, but I'll just say: I'm currently playing Blade of Agony, and it's insane. It's just as good as some commercial releases like Prodeus, and it might be comparable to Return and New Order as far as Wolfenstein is concerned. Insane quality and incredible amount of contents.

Is there a list of the mapsets (and single maps if so) on display here ? Well I guess my question is mostly about LitDoom as most others I know and I know most of them (besides Atom X and Star Wars) do come with their own specific mapset. But LitDoom looked like it showed some neat levels. One of them I think I may have maybe played, not the others I believe.

Would add Hideous Destruction first since it's more harder the LitDoom and it's for those, who want arma-like gameplay. Then there is Touhou doom(it's partially total conversion since you can use normal doom weapons or custom one). There is also Brutal Wolfenstein(new maps for final chapters just came out).

I've been trying Litdoom and the only problem is that it's not designed for maps with high enemy counts. It's hard to find a good map packs for Doom that doesn't have lots of monsters. I've been collecting tons of vanilla doom map packs to use with brutal doom. But I love the guns animations and other stuff LitDoom has. I was looking for a "Stalker Doom" or "Tarkov Doom".

Surprised you didn't mention Action Doom 2 or Rise of the Wool Ball. They are great standalone total converisons, give them a shot if you haven't!

that is the main reason why I didn't include those mods because they are their own entity and a standalone mod I want them to be remembered as their own standalone mod not a returnal gameplay replication mod also I'd stick with open mods so players can mix and match mods base on their preferences if I used action doom for example they will be lock down on a specific mod experience I want to showcase mods that let player tweak the game to their own unique style of gameplay that's why i chose a non total conversion mod for the freedom they provide 😆👍
