Absolutely GORGEOUS bag in the light taupe. Smooth leather, no scratches, and very lightweight compared to other florentine bags. Very well made. I am in love. Will not be returning this one. To others reading this reply--the light taupe is not a dark bone or a light tan. It really is a putty or light mushroom color. The color on the Dooney site is a little deceiving. However, a gorgeous bag. Your description of light taupe prepared me for the color to expect. Thanks.

PTB, I love your videos. I only have four Dooney bags but you have helped me make up my mind on two of those purchases. I think this is my next bag. I have an all weather leather drawstring bag and love it but it is a considerable smaller size and I find it hard to move into a bag that small as I use the Florentine satchel as my daily bag.
