Like I said before nice work, people are quick to point out using spray can primer, you know they never did anything of their own or they would realize the cost every time you use the gun you have to clean it and usually have some paint left over, all waste you don't need when doing a little each day. Leave the gun to the overall prime and paint. This stuff all costs money and you are doing it in a very efficient way. I'm sure Dave is on a budget and he is smart making the most out of it. They call it "Old School" because it works.

You hit the nail on the head. I only use the spray gun for large projects. Due to my shoulder, I can only do a panel or a couple of spots. Then it's rattle can primer on the bare or thin areas to protect it from rust. Now, I got the intake when it was available and I bought it. I will go and pick it up after the holiday. Now it changes a couple of things on the engine since this one sits lower. Reroute heater hoses, heater control cable and throttle cable plus I have my fingers crossed it fits under the hood. It is always something.!

Hope your planning on leaving a big black strip up the driveway on the way out when your finished Dave. PS Make sure the brakes work first.

The brakes are all completely new. Nothing I like better than going fast it would be stopping.

Clean off the dust of your compressor and spray gun and toss the spray can away. You'll never look back. Enjoy you videos. Thanks

I am starting several new projects in the garage. I have to keep the overspray to a minimum. Thanks for the comment! I decided to use urethane primer and paint.
