If you know your area really well and see a traffic issue and know there's a different route I just always message the customer, let them know what's going on but that I am heading your way, customer tends to appreciate that 😅. And they will usually text back and appreciate the communication.

Ughh traffic lol.. it irritates me when I’m sitting at a light that turns green and nobody moves… I’ll be four or five cars back and moving forward while everyone in front of me is just sitting there lol.. and I’m never sure why they don’t wanna get where they’re going faster, especially if we’ve sat through several cycles of the light.
