I’ve thought about this, it’s a sound theory, but we don’t really know how DD’s algos send out orders, do they assign different values to different drivers? Maybe based on the rating system? The best is when a second order comes through at the restaurant you’re already at.

Hey Mike thanks for your videos! They're very informative and I think I'm ready to start door dashing in PHX as well! One of my concerns is with the mobile data. I know it must use some sort of data to connect to the server outside WiFi. About how much does it use? I don't have unlimited data at the moment and wondering if that's going to be an issue with this line of work. Thanks again!

Thanks Jess, I appreciate that. I wish you the best of luck! As for data, I truly never looked into that because I have unlimited. I would imagine it uses data as much as a google map/gps uses. I looked around for you and it varies from 600 mb to 2gb. I would suggest running it for a day while making deliveries and seeing where you are at. Repeat that for a week and see. Then you can adjust as needed.

It takes time but I just look each place up starting from my home. Then I can mark them down and find out what is close to each other.

How can I get groceries orders with DoorDash. I have done a 137 orders so far. I have been a Dasher since August of this year

The last time I drop off and started driving back to the spot the app said searching for orders at I went there and they paused me until I got there and then I never got another order

You may have been out if the zone you started in if you were on the border. I don’t think that normally happens but may have been the cause.

I just set Fake GPS to these locations, and switch this location periodically without wasting gas.
