I'm the dude who bought a Boat Mormonism shirt and commented on a video about how a pastor loved it so much they wanted to make it the shirt for their youth ministry! I've been silently following for many years but that was our first and only interaction! As funny as it would have been the symbol of Boat Mormonism never did grace that youth ministry, mainly because I didn't want to have to explain the backstory of Boat Mormonism to someone who wouldnt have understood or appreciated it lol But here i am years later, still quoting Door Monster videos and still rocking that Boat Mormonism shirt, now along with Denouncing Venice!

I think it was back in 2016 that I discovered the channel - White Lightning HQ at the time, still remember the power group joke for the channel name announcement video. I was in uni at the time, and at one point I started procrastinating by translating every captioned Door Monster video to Turkish instead of studying for my midterms/finals. I came and went under the Meronoth username for a while, I was a weird kid and mostly lurked but this is legitimately such a positive space I never had trouble. I thought I was here late when I came in after the rebrand but apparently it's been 8 years since the Team Rocket video. I remember you talking in some BTS video years ago about big creators that impacted your childhood and sense of humor that you still carry with you; and that's what you've become to me. I believe I found you with the FTL sketch and then started working my way back. The hobo never fails to make me smile, and the Green Screen video legitimately just brightens my day every time because it's just so simple and well executed. It gives me early Newgrounds era/asdfmovie vibes. Your Civ videos, No Man's Sky, and Cities Skylines vs Sim City ones all pretty much cemented your spot in my favorites list and you've never produced anything which has me reconsidering your spot. Still to this day have not played KSP but I actually bought it because of your series and it's forever what I think of when I hear it. I've loved the expansion of the Kyleverse lore over the years, it feels like an elaborate inside joke in a D&D campaign with a group that just keeps gaining players. You also introduced me to Squire! Think I started watching somewhere between 2014-2016 when I dropped out of college (giving it another go currently).
