Money Walk - For every step you take, you get one coin. It applies for 1 minute. Nothing? - Apparently does nothing. Prize Inside - Gives you a random item Infested - Spawns Gloombats No Hiding For You - Makes you unable to hide, and takes 40hp You Become More Green - Your Screen Becomes Green (Idk if it’s all run)

It doesn't stay forever btw. Also here are some other ones: Cough Drop - Grants 25 overheal that does not decay over time. Decent Candy - Gives the player 5hp. Duplication: Duplicates all of your items (Except candies and keys) and drops them. Earmuffs: Muffles sound for a short amount of time. Energized - Basically the opposite of Out Of Battery. Hard Candy - Apparently makes you slower, and i think it's longer than Rock Candy's slowness. Money Walk - For every step you take, you get one coin. It applies for 1 minute. Nothing? - Apparently does nothing. Prize Inside - Gives you a random item. Rock Candy - Slows you down for a few seconds. Terminal Velocity - Flings you.

You missed two, at least from what i remember: Infested - Spawns Gloombats. No Hiding For You - Makes you unnable to hide, along with taking away like 40 hp. You Become More Green (I think thats what the name was) - Your screen gets more green. Im pretty sure this is permanent for the rest of your run
