levers can appear anywhere, which includes behind doors and walls, there should be an equal amount of levers on the map so if you run out of time then that means you either missed a lever or wasted too much time

iirc with rooms levers spawned every 5 rooms minimum, this modifier makes them spawn every 3 minimum iirc. You just have to make sure to turn around when you enter a new room. It's behind you a lot. Plus like a million spawn in the library so it shouldnt be the worst

ive actually beaten the hotel with only make haste on, its pretty free after library cause theres like 8 levers in the library so you get like 8 minutes (also a lever is guaranteed to spawn in the basement room on the right wall)

This was actually changed. Latest update makes all the Library levers give 30 seconds each now, so you get less time by the end of it.

It's not impossible, just use leftover time from the library and the rest of the game to make it. If you really have to, a lever spawns in door 100 before you pull the switch that lets figure out so you can just run there because rush can't get you in door 100
