The Ritual Bath to the Deity of the Temple was being done towards the end of the video... where even Devotees also take the ritual dip in the river along with the Deity/God... God in the form a Deity involves in life like the devotees themselves this gives the chance for Devotees to be engaged in devotion/service/unity with the the cosmic being!

In the end they were doing bath in holy water to purify the soul, and they have a idol in their hand ,which they will left in river or sea to let the god idol go , and it will again come next year .

This is not visarjan... visarjan is done only for Kumbh/Kalash/Mud Deities where the power of God is invoked only for a limited amount of time and then will be ritually asked to return back to the cosmic form. For Consecrated/Permanently invoked form of divinity there is no concept of visarjan hence all the rituals has to be performed without miss 24/7 365 days
