why does he hard shove the waves in the beginning. what was the reason behind it and when it should be done? and sometimes he just tries to freeze under his side, when I should be doing it, I really need some help.

If you are in melle vs ranged ( you are ranged ) you need to abuse your range advantage and thats why he shoved in the first waves because that way when zed walks up for CS he can harass him with W Q +AA Electrocute procs and zed lost half of his hp and he needs to cs with his Q typically you want to freeze when you have a lead over your opponent and you know you can solo kill him or (trade good with him) or you want to setup a gank and your opponent wants to walk up for CS

But like against Yasuo I don't recommend doing this he can trade you so well at Lvl2 because he'll be able to E through your wave and basically you are fucked if you don't have your W up also at lvl 3 he can just block your W and trade you as well

But I woudl have thought that zed would be able to kill me easily so I'd try to play passive probably under my tower. yesterday I was againts a talon and probably the right thing was trying to play it under my tower as he can kill me quite easily with ignite and his burst at lvls 3-4. But I let him shove it too hard so I lost the lane. What my approach had to be in a matchup like that? and againts a kata, I should be pushing it hard right? she can not trade that well with me.

@@crohnmagduru A bad kata is always predictable every kata below diamond will go for 90% of their passive play around it when you see her walking up for e try to predict it with your W or gambling your W (i mean just press it twice and pray to god you get the yellow one) and then you can trade her.And yes you can play passive on lane but against zed you'll get poked out from under tower as well because of his W if he lands a full combo and forces you to your tower and you are below 50% health you are even going to get solo dived zed is a big counter but you can see that dopa is pushing so zed has either risk the all in or just safely farm and wait for the right opportunity, talon is really cancer imo try to bait his W by jiggling up and down and try to call your jungler with Flash yellow card + ignite you can kill him before he escapes if your jungler is something like Lee,Elise,RekSai stuff like that

Matter of gold efficiency, spending 1100 gold is better than spending 900 + 200 left over. Also, Chinese server is much faster paced so the extra magic pen is good for the early game skirmishes. In youre not playing in masters+ usually just better to go lucidity imo but situations vary depending on tempo of game. Both options are good, matter of preference at the end of the day

@@jessemoog5310 im not so sure but i think its a matter of gold efficiency, as in when you spend gold in magic penetration you want to make sure that you are not wasting it, because when you buy mp you are giving up on other properties of items. Having mp on a lane with a champ that doesnt build mr at all is just a waste of money (i think)

@@jaktwo no its the opposite actually, mp is better when the enemy doesnt build mr because its a flat amount and not percentage that gets taken away. For example : if the enemy has 20 mr and you get 18 mp then he only has 2 mr, but if he builds merc and has 45 mr he still has 27 left.
