Sharon! I love it! You reminded me how much I LOVED my orange linen jacket circa 1994!! I am going to find me one!! I love orange! I have been a little blue lately. Overworked. Favorite cousin passed away. The weight of aging and I want to be intentional about making my life count. Man! I teared up typing that!!

Listen it’s hard trust me I know. But we can start by doing little things to help us out of the slump. Get dressed take yourself out for some coffee or tea and just sit and breathe. Take a notebook and list something’s you want to do to help lift yourself up and try and do one of those things each day. For me when I start to feel down I’ll get up and get all dressed up, not for anything special just to make myself feel better. Because for me if the outside looks good the inside will catch up. I’ll go to a nice restaurant for lunch, a place with a view and try to focus on my blessings, talk to me Father then head home. That helps me to get out of my head. Hope this helps you ❤️
