I’ve learned that what you think is a bad trip/demons/mushrooms talking is actually your own subconscious and shadow self. A cool see in the dark trick I learned from a special forces member; when you turn the lights off and it's dark blink real fast as you move around the room, your brain makes up the images as bright outlines. Or if it's dark and you turn the lights on then off real fast (light switch, flashlight) you can do the same blinking trick. It's a trip how well it works and how the objects in the room appear in your 'vision'
