20:43 As i remember these i'm pretty sure it's supposed to be on a slight angle so you're rolling up hill (opening the rods to start movement and then closing it before it falls through and then repeat to make it roll "up hill" hence the "gravity defiance"). If it is angled even the slightest down (which it looks like theirs is) obviously it's going to be super easy.
