We played Jarts in the 70’s. Of course ‘we’ were grown women. All of the kids weren’t allowed in the part of the yard where we were playing. No one ever got hurt, but if thrown hard you could accidentally impale one with another one. You felt how stiff that plastic is, just imagine what it could do to flesh!

Yooo!! And those tubes for the babies! I've seen baby spa videos from Japan.. Where one of the parts of the spa is where they put one of those tube things around the baby's nexk, which keeps their heads above water, and they get to float around in this biggish little pool.. And they look like they LOVE it!! Mind you these are babies too young to even walk or stand on their own so them being able to swim (float and flailing their arms around in the water) has gotta be such a freeing little feeling for them! Really.. Look the video up! Search like "baby spa Japan" or something. Those tubes seem MUCH better made/safer though. Not just normal plastic inner tubes that are just small enough to put around a babies neck lol.. Plus they have people everywhere watching them constantly.
