This kind of looks easy. I mean, the levels are long, and you can get hit from an enemy or two, but that's about it. The PC version had long, winding tracks, such as the sky track which gave you no room to move at all. Add in the time, and you have a dangerous level you have to speed through, yet be cautious. Then there's that crazy blue ball that chases you lightning fast down the path halfway through which basically kills you. AND IT WASN'T EVEN THE FINAL LEVEL! The time from previous races carry on to the next race, but it adds a time bonus before each level which helps a little bit. If you fail on ONE level, you have to start all over again to get any score and to beat the tournament. If you did badly on a level, then you are screwed with a time window that is smaller than what you need to beat the next level. You just can't beat the original Hamsterball on PC with THIS game, even if it does have more levels. One other thing is just the soundtrack. It's the same music for sets of levels instead of different music for every single level. The names have numbers in them, and when you complete a level, it doesn't fit with the music before that at all. It just doesn't work. This game is not the worst, but it definently isn't the best. AVGN, meet your match. P.S. For the winning sound, they used the "Game Over" sound from the original PC game, so it especially doesn't feel right.
