Doppi pls- Ok if any masc or just unfamiliar folks are in here: Bra and Panties do not need to match unless you plan on someone seeing them that day lol, and the purpose of nude bras is they are a beige "flesh" tone in case you wear a top that is slightly see through or low cut in some areas. It blends in. They of course have rescently (read: FINALLY!!) started to also make nude bras for darker skin tones in deeper shades of brown, but protagonist is living in 2006 at the time so that absolutely was the only shade of beige ever for them 😭😂

@rika no they're right. Bras are rarely changed cause cleaning them too often ruins them, and then you'd have to buy new ones. Which can be pretty pricey depending on your size. You're supposed to change your underwear everyday though since it's unhygienic if you don't. (Chance of rashes and infections increase.)

Doppio, baby, you're so cute 😭😭 But yes, technically bras and panties don't have to match if you're planning to use them casually but us, girls, or at least some of us tend to keep at least one or two underwears that are matchy-matchy which are usually for "that" purpose so yes, you're still correct but since it's quite expensive especially if you're buying for high-end brands such as v*ctoria's s**ret, they're not really something that all girls have or should have and they certainly not a necessity. Just something that some girls would want to have for personal reasons and especially if they're quite active in that certain aspect with their partners or someone else

Well Matching bras and panties are more expensive (those in a set). WAY MORE THAN THEY NEED TO BE. I have to strongly STRONGLY disagree about matching underwear. I own and wear Mostly matching ones, not with an intension for someone to see it. Never! I just like to have beautiful things for myself. That cute and beautiful bras and panties are only for me to feel good about myself and feel beautiful.
