Hi.. I made this yesterday for me and mom. Thank you for step by step cleaning video too.. Do you notice the scotch bonnet is not as spicy anymore? I buy the green and yellow pepper put it in the epis and when I make the sauce..no flavor. I tried buying from different stores too, all the same. After you buy do you put it in the fridge or on the counter?

Your welcome dear! I agree, scotch bonnet peppers are not the same. In my case it’s spicy but it doesn’t have that unique scotch bonnet flavor.
