This is amazing, but I wonder if it’s really playable. I’m just an intermediate piano player, and I cannot learn it, it’s more diffucult than pictures of an exibition, it’s like a long series of crackjaws for your muscle memory.

Nope. Same key, it actually sounds amazing side by side. The tempo may be a bit different, though. It's hard to sync perfectly.
