Confused by this. When I put the straps onto the metal bit round the back, surely they will be twisted (and therefore not ride up and down easily) if the red stitching is facing outwards. Notice the black is uppermost when it comes through the shoulder pad, so it will still be uppermost as it goes down the back of the seat.
