In 2006-2007ish Doritos made a Smokin' Cheddar BBQ for a limited time.. they were one of the best Doritos ever, I still think about them to this day.. I'm confused why they never brought them back, they'd be a huge hit especially with the right promotion..

I just got a bag for my son he told me he's been wanting to try these. I came to find a review. It's a shame they don't give you that many chips. So it's a cross over between nacho and sweet spicy chili doritos. Nice review.

In my opinion, after eating a few of them, I kept saying to myself "I know this flavor .... what is this flavor .... it's so familiar, yet slightly different". Then, it finally clicked. They taste like a bbq rendition of Sweet Chili Heat, just with a zesty BBQ kick.

Picked up a bag of these, got another four before I finished the first one. So good. I hope they keep these. They tried a bbq a while back but they didn’t have the tangy kick to them and they failed hard. These are more like their sweet chili and I can’t remember the last time a dorito made me this happy.

I’ve seen Pitch Black in the 20oz at my target and the energy version at my meijer. I love the bbq Doritos. I found the giant bag at Sam’s Club. The bag was pretty full. They did have a bbq flavored Doritos back in the late 90’s called Smokey Red BBQ. I liked them a little more than the new ones but they are pretty close in taste.

I gotta tell you man, I think you're the only food reviewer I know of who promotes nothing. There's never a sponsored video, there's no asking for patreon money, I've never seen you do a random unnecessary live chat so you can get superchat money. Yet you put more videos up (literally daily) than the "bigger" channels do in a week. I don't get how your subs are so low. Those are ok. I just think that this flavor is unnecessary since Doritos already had the sweet and spicy chili flavor chips, which are better, in my opinion. And I agree, BBQ flavor tastes better on a potato chip. But variety is a good thing, I guess.
