this series is absolutely fucking quality - dry humour in the commentary, good standard of football, Marc White unintentional fucking hilarious - beyond me that this hasn't blown up more. Only thing I'd add would be a bit more story from the players! Great stuff

Don't usually add comments (hadn't realised they helped content makers so much), decided to make BoA my first as it is one of the most deserving and entertaining things on KZbin. This reminds me so much of my own playing days in Ireland, under age, Lenister Senior League and college level. I loved every minute and am trying to build my son's U15 team that I manage into something that will give those lads the same enjoyment and friendship hopefully long into their adult years as players and even further as fans and even further as they too take their turn to bring the next generation on. Every week BoA sums up why we all love this game so much.

Started watching Palmers for some grass-roots football to feed by obsession after moving to USA some 36 years ago. This lead me to Barks and Marc, big fan of the channel and its content. Way more entertaining than my championship team at present! Shout out for the exchange of the day, as Marc smooth grabbed his hot drink and water at half time walking in 😁. Don't want to sound like a fan boi .....but. I looked into the history of Dorking FC and of Marc. The story behind this club is truly fantastic and any misconceptions I've had about either of them have been totally quashed. I thought Marc was a geezer with more money than sense but it turns out that him and everyone at the club have built it brick by brick, literally. I'll always look out for Dorking FC scores now, they've been added to my list (Crewe Alex, Rangers, St Johnstone, Wrexham & Fort William)

Understand what you're saying, ultimately we're treading a balance between documentary and sports coverage. We try to just pull out 2-3 tactical elements a week. If we go full Carragher we might lose some of the audience!

Have you considered sticking a bunch of cameras around the training ground and making a sort of Amazon Prime type series for Dorking? Could do episodes dedicated to certain players or people around the club.

We will eventually do something a bit more behind the day-to-day workings. They only train two evening's a week as they're semi-pro so it's not as simple as focusing on one location.
