heyy! in my residence hall, we had to buy our own! in the older residence halls, each floor has a microwave (they’re not allowed to have them in the room), but they can have refrigerators!

quads are co-ed, and if you have a honors scholarship, you have a greater chance of living in quad 1! it also depends on the class size of the incoming class.

i applied for housing around the same time i submitted my enrollment deposit! i’d say to submit both asap to secure your spot :)
