I'm loving the wish fulfillment curse technique for Yuji theory. It would open an avenue for Megumi regaining control from Sukuna if he learns from Yuji that he is actually a good person. Yuji and Megumi/Sukuna are gonna fight, and we would know that the technique can be pushed through layers. We saw it with Jogo v Sukuna, frankly I'm not convinced Sukuna even knew it happened.

I don't think he'll stay alive, because it was said in cap 220 that Sukuna must have learned to switch hosts via a binding vow with itself. So Yuji with Gojo will probably make Sukuna need to go back to Yuji and Gojo will kill him, ending Jujutsu with Yuji's death and the system of Jujutsu sorcerers being attacked by those who are still alive as a way to end this cycle from "unnecessarily killing sorcerer just to contain/exorcise as many Curses as possible"(Sorry the bad English)
