May i ask you about "sugaring" .. i use Fullcover Press-on Nails or i built them up w/Buildergel or Polygel, i've never worked w/Acryl before but i have "a little Starterset" .. When should we use clear Acrylic for sugaring ? When we want it "matt" 🤔 I've got so many white Glitter but one sparkles in red/green, others w/gold and pink shimmer, but i don't want them to be "sugared with colourful Sparkles" so clear Acrylic would work, i guess? I'm just learning by looking your Videos and by doing its more a Hobby ☺️

Acrylic will give you matt look. Personally I prefer use sugar glitters as they last clean for longer. Acrylic has pores and absorbs dirt faster

I have liver failure and auto-immune disease, so as a result, I have chronic tendon pain throughout my body and it does not take much to 'overuse' any of my limbs or joints. Consequently, I can't take a lot of things orally, but I do okay with generic diclofenac ointment (it's available over the counter) on my skin and use it for my finger/hand/leg tendon pain as well as nearly any pain all over my body. There is a maximum daily dose for the diclofenac, but I generally do not come close to it even if I use it all over my body. It can also help with swelling/bruising of those tendon areas. It raises my blood pressure a little, but that is not super common for most people (I think it's because of my liver.) Anyway, I use diclofenac gel topically as well as an arnica montana gel by Boiron topically when my blood pressure is too high for the diclofenac. Anyway, it's something that might help the issues you have with your hands, Dorota.

I'm sorry to hear that. My hands got a bit better. I have totally overworked them by doing to many clients in summer time. Since I stop doing overtime amd squizing people I things have time to heal.

I noticed that you didn’t use a base coat before using the gel color, do you need to use a gel base coat? Or just a top coat to seal it all?

When you're using gel polish over an enhancement such as gel or acrylic nails, base coat generally isn't needed.
