If you mean the Spanish play Don Juan by Zorilla, the answer is yes. Its also possible you could find the earlier Tirso de Molina version.

Weirdly undramatic conducting. Roschmann is weird to see up close with those exaggerated jaw movements, but she is one of the best current Mozart singers undoubtedly. Wish I had seen her live. She struggles with the high lying phrase at 6:00 to 6:14 taking four breaths where Renee fleming took one, but perhaps she is past her prime here?

She was almost 50 here and had been singing for about 30 years. That said I don't think she ever had Fleming's amazing breath (few singer do): in the 2006 Le nozze di figaro she takes an awkward breath after "labbro" in Dove sono (kzbin.info/www/bejne/pIuse6qhiNFqmtk) and in 2008 as Donna Elvira she takes three breaths in the same phrase you pointed out (although it sounds more musical). Still, an amazing singer and one of my favourites!

It's correct. It's "veggio il baratro", not "veggo il barato".
