Recruitment 6★ are the same as Kernel 6★. Atleast for now. Older characters progressively get put into recruitment and when enough time passes, a large chunk of operators migrate over to the Kernel banner. Blemishine for example was in Recruitment before she was in Kernel banner. You can buy Kernel banner shoperators with both yellow certs and blue certs, so I'd recommend saving.

5:38 Mudrock will still drop into the store for purchase, she was just moved to the kernel banner pool, meaning you can both try to recruit her or wait until she becomes purchasable. The thing is she already appeared in the kernel banner not too long ago, so she might not appear back in the shop for a couple of months. Just note, the next time you get the 6 star tag, you can try to maximize your odds for Mudrock if her associated tags appear alongside it (defense + survival/dps). You can also check which operators you can pull for if you look at the information tab at the top left of the recruitment selection window. 8:54 Any skin available for purchase will also be purchasable in the operator's skin page, so if you don't see it then you can't buy it yet. Dorothy's skin is relatively new, so it's not part of the recirculating outfits yet, but it's not limited.

The skins in the shop are the really old ones, Dorothy's one is new so it runs in another schedule. It shoud be available in the shop again in around 2 months, you'll have to deal with the cigarette stuck in the ear of the normal skin for a while.

Because Mudrock is in Kernel now, you'll actually be able to guarantee her to be in the shop. Every ~3 months or so, there's a "kernel locating" event, where you can pick the rate-up for kernel banners. If Mudrock is an option, you can choose her to be the operator in the shop. So if you save certs long enough you're just guaranteed to get Mudrock.

Not every operator in the Kernel pool is available for Kernel Locating, it is very likely that Mudrock is gonna be in the next one, tho

once in a bluemoon (about twice a year) we have kernel locating banners. you get to choose one out of 12 possible kernel operators to be on the certificate store. for you to get mudrock out of cetificate store you have to wait untill she comes as a main operator on a kernel banner or for her to be one of the 12 operators in a kernel locating banner.

There is a skin for Ansel where it leans to a more masculine look, he dons a butler's uniform and cuts his hair shorter, blending less with his massive ears and appearing much more boy-ish. It was a free drop though, so getting it again later won't be for a while.

The Kernel Build-a-banner last ran September 10-24 and then again November 5-19. We should be seeing it coming around very soon, possibly mid-February. It's highly likely that Mudmud will be available with that. She's definitely in Recruitment - I got her that way last week with Top Op/Defender tags.

Every time a limited banner unleashes every 3 months a huge mound of skins goes on sale. Even if you don't find what you want now you'll likely find it in other parts of the year when the other limited banners strike.

You can still pull (I don't recommand to) and buy mudrock with gold cert, the question is when she is coming back and if she is the shoperator the moment she does it's better if that a custom banner because you can choose. Dorothy skin should come back in around 2 months with siege alter event.

There's no certainty 'when' an operator is in the cert store, but everyone cycles through there eventually, a few times even. Mudrock has either been there once or twice, so she'll be there a 3rd time. But yeah, it's likely not in the next 6 months. Also, every skin reruns. You have a main 70 or so rerunning 4 times a year, and then all the others are in more sporadic ways but would rerun 3ish times a year ate least, like with the Summer skins, so yeah.

There is 4 exclusive recruitment operators; Indra, Vulcan (you can get two recruitment permits for them exclusively), Estelle and Purestream (both two are easier to get because 4 star)

If you absolutely want a specific skin for a certain character, just go to that character's skin menu and you can buy a skin if it is available for purchase from there. Edit: Checked myself, it is not available. Also Mudrock can absolutely be gotten from certificate store like any other. However, only one kernal character will be in the store of the 2 on any banner, so it is hard to say how long it will take, and not sure we have any kernal select banners planned in the future. Also, not going back to check how many pulls you did, but if you did 75 pulls you can exchange for Sand Reckoner. Not that you need him, but it will get you 5 yellow certs, or 13 if he is already full pot. This is better than just getting points to buy like a single material, I think.
