Such a great Video!! We have so much to be Thankful for!! I'm glad you took my suggestion about Swerve ,I Love it.Iam not a big sweet eater but do have something sweet every now and then and this makes it even better for me and my family likes it as well, my son isn't a big sweet eater either but my husband on the other hand is has a Big Sweet tooth or should I say a mouth full of sweet teeth!LOL!! so it is a win ,win for all three of us! Got to go be with my Mother she lives 3 hours away it is hard to go see her with all of this virus and stuff going on,it was a very happy 4 days together. All of the food looked delicious. Like you, I host a lot of family gatherings, and the 4 foot folding table we got from Lowe’s about 10 years ago has been one of the most useful things we’ve ever bought. Girl! That game! I gave my husband and I a trip to Dallas to watch the game on thanksgiving for our 18th anniversary, and the yellow flags flew more than the football did! We were robbed! Loved the video. Arika I just honestly look every morning when I get up to see if you have one up. It just makes my morning when you do. We had a nice Thanksgiving. Just family and lots of food. I cooked off and on for two days. Then like you there is always the clean up. But mine all take food home with them. You have a great day and I so look forward to the next one.

Happy Anniversary, it was my moms 74th bday on Thanksgiving this year. Everything looked amazing and your carrot cupcakes WOW!!! We’ve always done Thanksgiving dinner and it just makes it so much easier when there are multiple families to visit that day. I LOVE Rudy!! My dad was raised in South Bend so we’re HUGE Norte Dame fans and he remembers that game very vividly. I was lucky to see Rudy speak at a conference years ago and he did the Knute Rockne speech like he did when he was a little boy, even stood on a chair…it was AMAZING!! Good morning Arika, all your foods looked delicious. 🤣 I had to do the same when it came to having ham and turkey. My daughter Sarah and grandson Eli don't eat turkey so I bought the same turkey breast Jennie O and had a big ham. I too cooked the turkey/ham at 350 degrees. Took the ham out first then cooked the turkey breast 30 min longer and it was a great success. 😁😊 Happy belated Thanksgiving.

Everything looked great! We are way to much too. I’m working in my Christmas baking for the trays we give out. Nothing is sugar free but by the time we make everything I don’t want any because the smell of all the sweetness makes me sick lol we have about 8 trays we give out and that is what they expect lol My daughter was at the Macys parade. I was seeing what was coming before they showed it on tv. Pretty cool!!

25 year anniversary congratulations to you both. I go so hungry watching all your food. & it’s 2 hrs from dinner😥. Christmas is our big day. We do full turkey & ham on bone trimmings a lot like yours but we make fruit Xmas cake with icing & sands decoration. Plum b pudding made wit nearly all fruit throw some brandy over it to light up & we’ve all eaten far too much. The cake & pudding usually made weeks before All best Maureen 🦃🎅😴

Hi Arica. My family has a lot of dietary restrictions also and you can substitute butter in any dish with vegan bevel. We’ve been doing it for years. Hope that helps

Hi Arika, I love that you are working with your daughter to make sure she can eat things. I eat the same way she does. I try to get my family to try my recipes but they are not as welcoming as you seem to be! I also just wanted to let you know that I love that you are cutting sugar but a lot of the sugar free things have just sugar alcohols in them to act as sugar. I hope this helps you.

Yes I try to watch the sugar alcohols. I definitely don’t over do it on the sugar free snacks. I’ve had to cut down on consumption basically. But when I want a sweet treat I can grab the sugar free snacks and they still satisfy my desire for sugar. 😀 I am loving all the recipes Allana makes. It’s always so delicious because it’s all made with healthy, real ingredients.😀

I have always grounded up my sugar free sugar into a powered , when I don’t want a grainy texture to my recipes . Can you grind up coconut sugar to make a powered sugar for your cranberry sauce?
