Dosa 😋peanutchutney

Hello all,
Ingredients :
Urad dal _ 1 glass
rice - 2 glasses
chana dal - 2 tsps
pinch of fenugreek seeds
Wash 2-3 times
Soak them for 3 hrs.After 3 hrs grind it softly by adding water.Rest it over n8 For fermentation.Dosa batter ready now add salt.Here i am preparing onion dosa.so Add some jeera & salt to chopped onions & Mix well.Prepare dosa by adding onions & curry leaves.
Peanut chutney
Ingredients :
Roasted peanut - 1/2 cup
jeera - pinch
some coconut
2 green chillies
tamarind - pinch
garlic -2
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Add tempered ingredients to chutney.Onion dosa ready now Serve with peanut chutney & karampodi.
