What kind of shock is in dengue shock syndrome. We are trying to improve bp with noradrenaline infusion but after 2 days no response . Which drug to add dopamine or dobutamine. We think dopamine. It's young female without lvf.

There is plasma leakage...shift to third space.. So iv normal saline...if still no response.. Add inf dextran 10 ml per kg.iv slow..over 6 hours.. And fluid 20 ml per kg.stat then 1 to 10 ml per kg. Urine output should be monitered
