Dude you need to study a little if you're going to analyze sports. There is no such of a thing as "A banned move" in pro ice-skating. It only applies to NCAA and Elite/ Olympics. The IOC has absolutely nothing to do with pros. The move you showed was their last skate after announcing retirement at Skate Canada and gave Morgan time to flee The United States and having to face 3rd degree felony.
