the problem with 3:20 's is that because of her skin color, dark brown skin is mixed up of many different colors in certain lighting it can have a blue or red or yellow and ect... typa hue to it. more fair skin can also have a hue to it in certain lighting but your using a technique for darker skin on a fairer skinned character. thats why i didn't get the same results

For the ibis paint hack, you can easily do a low poly model by using the "dot brush" . It’s basically a pixel brush and and works really well.
