I know I’m a bit late but if you actually like animating on this instead of having to redraw the frame over and over you can duplicate it and move what’s in the frame! You can also have backgrounds and foregrounds but they don’t move. Thank you for your time if you read this!

You can just duplicate your layer and that will add another frame that you can then tweak things on! Like making the eye blink or redrawing the smoke. That way you don’t have to relive everything, and you don’t have to worry about it being wiggly/jumpy looking as it plays 😁
