All they know is the current PE and Technical Analysis. No ability to judge future earnings. Unfortunatly Technical Analysis can't tell you in which directiin it will break out. Only how big the movement is going to be. 🙂 Luckily for them, the stock market has been really, buy the dip, easy for more than a decade.

Excellent guest. Spot on analysis. However when asked if tech is in a bubble he essentially says "this time is different." He's right that there's an insatiable thirst for tech right now that supports growth but he never mentions any concern of any macroeconomic headwinds. They say the smartest ones in the room are bond traders and it would be wise to take a look at what's going on in the bond market...

The US government debt is on an exponential free fall and the only way to pay that debt is to keep printing . Hyper inflation is coming , housing crash , a recession and a possible depression too. i think is time investors redirected their focus to the equities market cause despite the severe bear market, I am aware of certain investors that have earned over $365,000.

With Micro soft and Google where is the new money going to come from with their PE ratio so high at 30%. Their PE should be around 15% so you are looking at a 15% drop coming on earnings. They are over valued on their current PE ratios. If they are paying huge premiums on AI their is no profit for them, how much of their current value is based on AI. Not a good out look.

People talk about Tesla same way the way they talked about Bitcoin back in the day when was at $300, 'you have to believe in it in order for it to go 10 trillion', 'we don't buy it because we don't understand it' etc. Then decade pass by and they go, holy sh**, Tesla is at 2k-3k, wish I bought when was $300-$400, always same story when comes to these analysts and time always proves them wrong while their rhetoric stays same until too late.

I am thinking this will be a K shaped recovery. The lower right of the K are the "old ways" of the economy. The upper right are the "new ways" of the economy. It's basically a massive new change in which we see brand new winners that never existed or were losers or very minor winners prior and brand new losers that have never, or rarely lost prior and will lose hard. Yes! Dot-com bubble 2.0 that's a likely scenario I believe when it comes to AI, where just as with the dot-com bubble AI will become a huge market but with mostly only a few tech giants surviving. For example companies like Google and Microsoft have their own AI chips while medium and small companies are essentially limited to only using GPUs at the moment.
