He needs to go to prison for easily a decade. No mercy for him, however there are a lot of misleading numbers that you can get on these DOT reports. Nearly all the time when you see a driver charged with driving without a CDL, it's a paperwork problem. He had one and lost it due to non payment of child support or non payment for car insurance. Nothing changed on his skill level, just forget to or simply didn't have the money for those bills. There's no excuse for the drugs and alcohol in a truck. 0.

If a company mistreats a driver or does not pay the driver, driver will get revenge. Happens, often companies screw with drivers pay and home time. Drivers have to be as cautious who they drive for as companies who hire them.

Yeah. A national 377 drivers company with ONLY 20 safety violations + minor violations. AND only 3 drivers stopped from finishing their transport. This is not a joke or an honest way to get clicks and views.
