Leshrac, the Tormented Soul
Leshrac, Tormented Soul, is an entity torn from the heart of nature, a liminal being that exists half in one plane of existence, half in another. His penetrating intelligence is such that he can never ignore for a moment the agonizing horror at the heart of all creation. Once a great philosopher who sought the meaning of existence, he plumbed the depths of nature with the haunted Chronoptic Crystals, and was forever altered by the hideous mysteries thereby revealed to him. Now the darkest depths of his enlightenment are illumined only by the fitful glare of his arrogance. Like other elemental characters, he is completely at one with nature, but in his case it is a nature lurid and vile. He alone sees the evil truth of reality, and has no use for those who believe the cosmos reserves a special reward for those who practice benevolence.

Im angermania, and i love dota 2, artifact and dota underlords. I make lore videos about all of the games, often mixing them and sometimes seperately. I have been playing artifact and underlords since launch, and dota 2 since january 2014. (although i dont play dota as much as i play artifact and underlords)

Spirit breaker also finds Magnus' form "offensive". I read it as him thinking any beast-like being assembled their forms themselves, but thinking about it now, he has barely any lines for the other "furry" heroes so he must be specifically targeting Ecnhantress. He is also described as from the "elemental plane", which apparently is intertwined with nature (even though his abilities mention "nether" and stuff). This explains to me why he mostly has lines for nature based things, such as saying "hunting season is over" to Sniper. This could be partly due to his dota 1 counterpart being a Tauren, which are a nature worshipping society. He has limited lines himself but Leschrac comes up twice where he refers to him as a "fellow planes walker". This to me further adds to your claim about Enchantress and Leshrac being the two faces of the same coin; Both are from an elemental plane of nature, one is a pessimist bringing destruction, while the other is an optimist nurturing and protecting. Leshrac likely chose to partly stay in the elemental plane, giving him the blue glow (like spirit breaker) while Enchantress fully integrated to the physical plane, giving her a much more down to earth look. Edit: Earth Spirit has an interesting line for enchantress saying she has lost her way. What was she before? Must have been some sort of elemental spirit herself.

I just wanted to comment to inform anyone that finished watching that the quote she used from Nietzsche is only 1/3 of the quote, and by no means or any stretch of imagination, was Nietzsche ever a Nihilists; in fact, he found it appalling and a growing issue in his time and for the future modern people; which surprise he was correct, and vehemently believed that Nihilism is not the answer to life. To warrant this, look into his concepts of the Übermensch , or Overman.

I think its very easy to become like Leshrac when you learn about Coral, Insects, Amphibians, and Sea Stars. Nature is mostly one big disgusting war, where parent and child feast on parent and child. Babies eat their parents. Parents eat their babies. All sorts of animals show sadism and lack of concern for species besides there own, or all life. Being kind is the exception to the rule that is fighting for survival and hunger and desparation. Props for using the piano version of Where Is My Mind
