So I figure I would showcase gameplay videos of different games on the deck, to show you if it will work or not!

It's not a bad MOBA. I still prefer to play smite personally, but this has some gameplay mechanics that are unique to this game that you can't find in league of legends.

@@byteofmoavg “ some unique gameplay mechanics “ is an understatement bro, there are shit tons of it and people keeps on discovering new game breaking mechanics until now even after 12 years of the game released. Me personally I don’t like the fact that lol doesn’t have a lot of mechanics and their heroes are designed for specific role that were already set up by the game, but not dota sometimes you can even Axe as a support and still win the game 😂 dota is very complicated and interesting game you can use whatever heroes you like in any role but prepare to get flamed. However those not normal combinations can also lead to a game breaking discovery that will change the whole meta in a blink and it has always been like that with many instances.

2:08 yes you can and you should. You can untick the harder difficulty levels. Valve has done an amazing job at optimizing co-op so its easier to find matches now compared to 3 years ago.

Its completely unplayable. I just got killed by a bloodseeker bot because my skill would not cast. Took about 8 seconds to cast my stun. Clicking repeatedly did literally nothing. It's a complete joke. Don't even bother.

I don't, but you could play it better with a Bluetooth keyboard and a Bluetooth mouse, then prop up the steam deck. That might be a better experience to be honest, if the steam deck is your only option (as adverse to a laptop/pc)

@@Benadon Yeah, I have a usb-c to multiple USB/SD output hubs, but if you wanted to keep potability as a factor, then bluetooth is a way to go. If you do use a USB Hub and make the Deck like a desktop, then you will need to keep it hooked up to the power outlet. But in theory, you should be fine plugging in a mechanical keyboard, a gaming mouse, and plug it into a monitor to act as a desktop just fine. *edit* If you are more used to keyboard/mouse games anyway, then using the steam deck as a desktop is a viable option with a USB Hub, not sure about the Steam Dock though... that seems a bit overpriced in my opinion.

dota 2 mechanics is too complicated to be played with joystick/console imo. you got at least 3 skills and 6item to press. not to mention about last hitting and stop action. and you cant target properly as well

Oh yeah! If you need a Dota 2 fix and on the Steam Deck, then you should definitely go the bots route, unless you're hands are like Inspector's Gadgets and can play on the Deck! :D

Changing the Setup to mouse and keyboard. Right stick/panel for mousemoving. Left for kamera. Up/dowm etc for spells. Works well better but yes its hard
