dota 6.74c on rgc platform 2011-2012 the third skill of huskar is the most powerful heroes.

@@asilik4ik906 Yes. His old Berserkers Blood skill gave him the lower his hp the higher his damage, attack speed, movement speed and magic immunity. Even Lions Ulty has no effect on him when his health is super low.
