18/2 cs at 10 mins is pretty natural when there's no declared support.

Excuse me? It's 27/3 cs at 10 mins of the game time. If you're looking at 10 mins of the video then it's 5 mins game time and it's 18/2 cs which is quite decent 3+ creeps per minute. Yes i know you can do better than that but that's fine enough for me. Although there's always a lot of place for improvment.

Man, you are not "great" at all. You are playing safe lane and you get necro with dagon. That is pretty low skill actually - I doubt you would be able to reach 2k mmr in dota 2 with gameplay like this.
