Just a quick tip, i'm not an interviewer, so you may know more than me (well a lot more), but something (I think) that could help is talking more to the person you interview than the camera. I feel like you are asking questions, but when you talk about him, you're acting like he was ''gone''. I don't know how to explain it, but hey still, great interview :)
