Lost a lot of respect for fly. If you really wanted to leave cause the team wasn't winning or for whatever personal reason, you talk it through with your team and give them time to make arrangements. You bailed 9 hours before the flight to a supermajor, costing OG 2 players and the chance for more tourney experience with the new team, and took s4 along with you, while outrightly bashing your old team when notail pretty much just said it's nobody's business. This is in hindsight because it all worked out well for OG and even Fly and S4. But back then it was not reasonable to expect that OG would emerge to be the team that they became in TI8. Most observers did not consider OG a contender anymore. That move was potentially career-ending for OG and N0tail, and Fly (his supposed best friend) was ok with that. So it is still a douchey move by Fly regardless of how it turned out.
