Funny thing about Gogeta is his AI in the old BT3 was never fixed properly. It you didn't notice they both play the same if it is AI vs AI if you have Gogeta in the fight. No matter how they play it is always the same and doesn't matter the form lol. It's completely different if they fight a human though which is funny. It's almost like Gogeta just want to show off against another AI but against a human it just sometimes feels personal.

They gotta adjust the a.i. aggressivity when putting 1p against 2p in a com battle. It's really one sided how 2p always wins clashes and most of the time plays more aggressively than 1p. Like how doto immediately placed beast gohan back on the 2p side as soon as he lost on the 1p side lol. It's more fun to watch when both sides are completely evenly matched.

You could even make a WWE style series where you have your side fights and then your main event with fights for the championship belts each video, eventually depending on the results of the fights the characters create rivalries and you make/develop the stories

the reason that beast gohan never uses beams is because in the tenkaichi series, each character had a preset a.i for how they would play, so for example someone like vegeta or broly is coded to spam beam moves at a distance. they most likely used the adult gohan preset which mainly focused on a rush down style like in the show when he fought buu.

Hey Doto, I also think it's dumb player 1 CPU can never win clashes, but, I've done some minimal testing, and I think you can still use circle/analog to actually help them win the clash. I've gotten them to win it that way once or twice, but it's been inconsistent, so I'm still not entirely sure. Feel free to test it out.
