I discovered this by accident a couple years ago. I thought it was a bug getting 6 on a triple kill cause I thought it would only double on the soul bound targets. But with scepter being a ground target the non soul bound people still get double too.

basicaly it kinda like bug and not bug, and the most possible stack u got was 10 2 hero got soulbound so basicaly when u fod them u fod the other one that was 2 fod so i dont think its bug anyway here is how its work, Lion got fod stack if he can kill hero with x second after finger, and each finger give stack so what i mean was the actual bug was finger stack who overlapping (valve either expecting this or they not expect) idk

You can get 12 stack with refresher and grim stroke so long as tney dont die immediately with 1 combo. u insta cast twice and u get 12 stacks.
