I have a question for you 😎 What will happen next if a foreign airline full of passengers at the Douala international airport cannot take off due to a technical issue that cannot be resolve quickly? I have experience this not in Douala but in Atlanta-Hong kong destination.The response from the entire team from pilot,crew and dispatch team was............................... Let me get your thoughts first if you have ever experience this AOG(AIRPLANE ON THE GROUND)

We’ve experienced such issues in Rwandair, asky Turkish airline an air France. It resulted to flight cancellation and the best flight the next day brought the spare part needed for the changed.

AOG are our day to day dealings 😅😅. One time imagine an aircraft landing with a cracked screen 😅. We’ve experienced a lot of things. That a our flight cancellation awaiting spare parts the next day

@AviationInfo120 Wooow.I am surprise to hear that. This particular plane to Hongkong was grounded and passengers asked to disembark in orderly fashion due to a hydraulic leak.Passengers were ferried to a different terminal to board a different flight belonging to the same airline company.What I noticed is that a good number of people forgot some of their little items behind but a team was dispatched to get all the forgotten items out😎😎🤣🤣.The change of aircraft took approx 1.5 hours.

@AviationInfo120 I must emphasise that is something most passengers don't expect when they are already comfortably seated🤣🤣🤣 It is however safe to discover the problem on the ground than in the air🤣🤣

@@TuneinR that’s was great. Also a great move. I think it happened at the airlines hub with standby aircraft. Imagine it happened at an outstation with just one aircraft per day. Those passengers will be send to hotel or one alternate airlines
