Hey drip I practice muay thai and boxing love the intros! Just try and keep the footwork up even when on a heavy bag. Building that habit in heavy bag work can mess ur footwork up in a fight.

hey man , im a kickboxer/bjj brown belt(mainly bjj), you're looking good in there bro just wanted to say keep them hands up a lil higher even when rotating, gloves should always be in bottom of your vision bc actual hands need to be barely out out you vision, training is best done exactly like real fights bc your training muscle memory.
