Double Backs on Floor | Whitney Bjerken Gymnastics

Whitney is in the gym! Here she has a good workout on floor exercise. Whitney is starting to do some “big girl” skills which includes doing double back flips on floor. Her coaches and teammates encourage her and help to correct her form and technique. Whitney is working hard to get better every day.
